These are individual WQP-WQP518MA jacks. They include hex or knurled nuts.

You might also know these as "Thonkiconn"-style jacks. The manufacturer has created versions of this jack under the part numbers WQP-PJ398SM and WQP-PJ301M-12. All of these are pin-compatible, they’ve just improved it over time. This is their latest version and uses a Beryllium Copper switch which definitely sets it apart from other jacks that use cheaper brass switches. We impot these directly from the manufacturer, Wenzhou QingPu Electronics, and are of much higher quality than knock-offs found on Aliexpress and some resellers.
